The fabulous part is that someone had to read the original note, go home, type, print out, and cut out a new little sign, take two thumbtacks, and post it right underneath. Bless their heart for their commitment to the good fight.

Why would you have two 'prime marks' before and after any phrase? Does that cancel out and become un-prime if there are two together? Or does it signify that the following phrase is ''SUPER PRIME'', or ''SUPER DIFFERENT''?

And what's up with playing on the geometrical meaning of prime in a notice?

You could view the quotation marks as signifying an ironic or false part of the sentence. Therefore, you should use staples for posting.

They are quotation marks. They "do not" belong for emphasis. They "do" belong to identify a "quote." Hence the name, QUOTation mark.
