Maybe it’s me, but “Bad Grammar Keeps The Doctor NOT Away!” doesn’t sound like proper grammar.
Regardless, they say it like it’s an active threat. “An apple a day WILL keep the doctor away! Doctors are as allergic to apples as you are to being shot in the face.”
They spent all that money to have it nicely printed, too.

I like the ambiguous spacing in “away”: did they think it’s “a way”? Or was the printer just careless?
