My first thought was that it was a misspelling of “ceviche”. That would make sense if it was a restaurant…
It’s at a Mexican restaurant. I just moved to this town and had to do a double-take. The food is really good, though.
Since it’s at a mexican restaurant, it should read:
NO CHOOS NO CHIRT NO SERVICE
Are they from Kiev?
