    Some states have laws that say that you can’t piss upwards on sundays. Maybe if it was not sunday you would have to shoot it at urinals hanging from the tree?

    Lol, this is hilarious. It was very real where I live because when several (3 or 4 I think) hurricanes swept by my neighborhood in less than a year, people started to dump their crap on the side of the boulevard. They did eventually put up the ‘No Dumping’ signs, but it didn’t really help. They’re still up to this day, and for some reason, dogs keep breaking the law.

    This is more like a common sense fail. Sure, it’s funny to think that the “No dumping” sign means “No taking a shit”. But seriously… do we really need to say this is a fail and completely ignore the true meaning of the sign?
